Relaunch campaign
Relaunch a completed campaign.
About this task

Limit the use of this operation to testing on staging machines. Do not use the relaunch operation to re-create a common campaign type, which can lead to inaccurate reporting. Define a new campaign from scratch instead.

A setting in the SessionM platform limits the number of days that you can relaunch a campaign after it has completed. The range is from 20 to 100 days, with a default of 60. Contact your SessionM Customer Success team if you want to change this setting.
Steps
- From the All Campaigns view of the dashboard, click in the table row that contains the campaign that you want to relaunch. Then select Relaunch.
- Click Relaunch on the confirmation dialog. The status changes to "Pending."
- Click the button and select Launch.
- Click Launch on the confirmation dialog. The status changes to "Active."
