Relaunch campaign

Relaunch a completed campaign.

About this task

  • Limit the use of this operation to testing on staging machines. Do not use the relaunch operation to re-create a common campaign type, which can lead to inaccurate reporting. Define a new campaign from scratch instead.

  • A setting in the SessionM platform limits the number of days that you can relaunch a campaign after it has completed. The range is from 20 to 100 days, with a default of 60. Contact your SessionM Customer Success team if you want to change this setting.

Steps

  1. From the All Campaigns view of the dashboard, click in the table row that contains the campaign that you want to relaunch. Then select Relaunch.
  2. Click Relaunch on the confirmation dialog. The status changes to "Pending."
  3. Click the button and select Launch.
  4. Click Launch on the confirmation dialog. The status changes to "Active."
