View bulk offers

View information about the bulk offers issued during a campaign.

About this task

Use the Bulk Offers tab to view the following data about bulk offers issued during a campaign:

  • Status. Indicates whether the offer is in progress or completed.
  • Offer. Name of the issued offer
  • Audience size. Total size of target audience.
  • Issued. Number of offers that have been issued.
  • Ineligible. Count of members of target audience that were determined not to be eligible to receive this offer. You can download a CSV file that identifies ineligible members and the reason they are considered ineligible. The list of reasons follows:
    • Personal frequency restriction exceeded. User can acquire up to a certain number of offers per unit time.
    • Global frequency restriction exceeded. Retailer allows issuance of up to a certain number of offer per unit time across all users.
    • Personal inventory restriction exceeded. User has reached their personal limit for this offer.
    • Global inventory restriction exceeded. Global inventory for this offer has been reached.
    • Retry limit exceeded. Offer issuance fails after the allowed number of retry attempts.
    • Unhandled exception occurred while issuing offer.
    • Issuance of another user offer failed, causing full rollback of all other issued user offers.
    • Partial rollback of user offer caused child user offers to be rolled back.
    • Wallet size restriction exceeded. User already has maximum number of offers in wallet.
  • Errors. Count of errors that occurred issuing the bulk offer. For example, if an invalid identifier is supplied for a member of the audience. You can download a CSV file that lists specific errors.
  • Issued by. SessionM platform user who issued the offer.
  • Issued date. Date the offer was issued.

Steps

  1. From the All Campaigns view of the dashboard, select the desired campaign.
  2. Select Performance.
  3. Select Bulk Offers.
