Sync accounts

Synchronize a SessionM customer account with an external account.

About this task

Before you can synchronize a customer account with an external account, the User Sync function must be enabled for your organization. For more information, consult your SessionM customer success representative.

Steps

  1. Click Sync Accountin the top navigation bar of the Customers dashboard.
  2. On the Sync Accounts view, enter the external ID of the customer and click Sync. New data from the external account is written to the SessionM customer account. If not, the system throws an error.
  3. If you need to clear the External ID field, click Clear Field.
