Activate or deactivate point account

Activate or deactivate a point account.

Steps

  1. On the Point Accounts tab of the Point Management page, locate the point account you want to modify.
  2. If you want to activate a point account:
    1. In the Actions column, click activate for the account. The Confirm Activation modal displays.
    2. Click Activate. The system displays a message that the point account has been activated, and a new option to deactivate the account now displays in the Actions column for the point account.
  3. If you want to deactivate the point account:
    1. Click deactivate for the account in the Actions column. The Confirm Archive modal displays.
    2. Click Deactivate. The system displays a message that the point account has been deactivated, and only the option to activate the account now displays in the Actions column for the point account.
