Qualifying Channels
The Qualifying Channels restriction indicates the channels that members can use in a transaction to earn the outcome.
Channels are defined by the delivery team during SessionM system implementation and are specific to that implementation, depending on the channels used. Examples include point-of-sale, online order, pickup and delivery.
Events for which this is a core restriction
None.
Example
A quick service restaurant chain has made a significant investment in in-store kiosks. To encourage patrons to place self-service orders, the restaurant runs a promotion that rewards triple points during the month of October on orders placed using in-store kiosks.
