How do members redeem offers?

Members can redeem offers at:

  • Point-of-sale

  • Reward store

Point-of-sale

Point of sale (POS) refers to the place where a member pays for goods or services and where sales taxes become payable. The POS can be a physical store where POS terminals and systems are used to process card payments, or a virtual sales point such as a computer or mobile electronic device.

SessionM offers can be integrated with POS and ecommerce systems to act as the offer management system of record. Member eligibility can be instantly verified, and offers can be validated and discounted immediately at the point of sale.

Reward store

 

You can reward members for their loyalty by giving them access to a reward store that contains offers targeted to specific members. Members can redeem offers or exchange point for rewards. Reward stores drive participation by promoting a higher level of participation from your members. SessionM provides you with the ability to build and configure a range of reward store types. Reward stores of an "exclusive" experience, one that can be used to motivate additional behaviors.

For example, you can build reward stores that target specific members by offering rewards especially appealing to those members. Or you can build a reward store that includes rewards only available to members who have achieved a specific tier level, which is motivation to perform additional behaviors to attain these “exclusive” benefits.
