Define outcomes

Define the outcome that occurs when a customer performs a specific behavior. Outcomes include:

  • Offers – Awards and offers entice customers to perform specific behaviors. Choose from a number of offers that have been created within the platform, such as digital or physical goods, loyalty points, discounts or coupons.
  • Tags – Attach a text string to the customer’s profile when the customer completes the defined behaviors. The format for a tag is:

    tag_name;;seconds

    where seconds is the number of seconds after which the tag is removed from a customer's profile.
