Build reward store outcome
Reward store outcomes allow you to reward customers for their loyalty by giving them access to a reward store that contains offers targeted to specific customers (or audiences). Doing so, helps develop an "exclusive" experience, one that can be used to motivate additional behaviors.
You can add a new eligibility that gives a customer or an audience access to a particular reward store.
About this task
Reward store eligibilities are available only for Tier Entrance behaviors. Note that you can only select a single reward store
Before you begin
Typically, the flow for building an outcome is to first build the rule that generates it. When a customer meets the logic expressed by the rule, they are rewarded with the associated outcome. For more information, learn about rules or how to configure them.
Steps
- In the rule builder for a Tier Entrance behavior, click Edit in the Outcomes section.
-
On the Outcomes modal, which defaults to the Offers tab, click the Reward Store Eligibility tab.
- Click theClick to enable Add Eligibility Outcome button to expand the associated fields.
- Click Edit to open the Select Single Reward Store to Add modal and select one reward store. Then click Done. The name of the newly selected store displays back on the Reward Store Eligibility tab, next to the Edit button.
- Click the Please Select an Eligibility dropdown to select an eligibility type for the means by which a reward store is made available to customers. For example, "user_affiliation" for customers that share a particular user affiliation tree, or hierarchy, as well as, "invite" for customers being invited to access a reward store.
- Specify a value in the Rank field to stipulate the order by which the system will apply the outcome.
- Click Done. The Outcomes modal closes, and the single reward store outcome you just created displays in the behavior's Outcomes box in red, as unsaved changes.
- Click Save. The unsaved changes are now represented in the Modify Reward Store tally within the Outcomes box.
After you finish
You can:
You can remove an eligibility, taking access to a particular reward store away from a customer or audience.
