Deactivate offer
Deactivate a Live offer so it is no longer eligible for reward store purchases or as a promotion or loyalty rule outcome.
Deactivate an offer. Deactivating an offer makes it no longer eligible for purchases in the rewards store or as an outcome for a promotion or loyalty rule. You can only deactivate an offer that is the Live state.
Steps
- On the Offers dashboard, locate the offer that you want to deactivate.
- Click Deactivate.
- Confirm that you want to deactivate the offer.
