-
look up the information for a specific member, including demographics, engagement activity, transactions, rewards and more.

It presents a real-time log listing data gathered across multiple customer touch points. The sub-tab shows the customer’s engagement throughout the history of their account. This stream serves as the source of truth for a member's record. It also is the first place to triage a support request, verify recent account activity, and examine a customer’s historical engagement with your brand.
Member engagement information includes:

- Point Audit Log
- Tier Progress
- Tags
- Rewards
- Promo Codes
- Account Audit Log

For an "Incentives Point Deposit" event, details include the number of points in the deposit and the name of the account receiving the deposit. - Performance Metrics
Displays data points generated by SessionM that indicate where the member stands compared to the other members interacting with your brand. Metrics include:

- Risk of Churn – Ranks the likelihood that a member stay with a brand, established by examining historical transactions at an individual level to understand their “normal” behaviors and cadence.
