Personalized Engagement
Bug Fixes for Personalized Engagement
- Scheduled Messages: Fixed an issue where the “Ends At” datetime configured for Scheduled Messages was being ignored and the Campaign Runtime End Datetime was used instead.
- Campaign Cache: Improved Cache update process that was resulting in occasional issues with Campaigns requiring Opt-in.
- Offers updated after selected in Campaigns: Fixed an issue where Offer data stopped returning in the Campaigns API if an Offer was modified after being initially configured as an outcome of a Campaign.
Loyalty And Offers
Additional controls on the Point Expiration process
We’ve improved the level of control you have when setting a point expiration policy in the Point Management module. You can now set a precise time to determine which points will qualify for expiration when the expiration job runs. Previously, a hardcoded time of midnight UTC was used; that value will continue to be the default value in this field unless you update it.
Improvements
- Enabled free reward store offers (that is, offers that require 0 points) to be redeemed using Cloud POS APIs.
Bug Fixes for Loyalty And Offers
- Corrected Swagger for endpoints
/api/1.0/point_accounts/activate_point_accountand/api/1.0/point_accounts/deactivate_point_account. Prior to the change, Swagger incorrectly stated that the ExpirationPolicy parameter is included in the response. This has been fixed with added comments that clarify that the ExpirationPolicy parameter is not returned in the response.

New navigation and header for the SessionM platform
This release provides a clean new design for the side navigation panel and header, visible in all modules. You’ll find modules grouped in the same categories as they are on the homepage. In addition, you can collapse the side nav via the icon below the logo if you would like more screen real-estate. A preview of the new design is shown below:
